Portfolio Management of CKL

Charles K. Langford, Inc. ("CKL") provides investors with a portfolio management service whose approach is eclectic:

  1. Fundamental analysis in stock selection
  2. Technical analysis for the timing of trades
  3. Options strategies to add performance and protection.

The investor opens, or already has, an account with a Brokerage House (“ BH ”) of her choice and authorizes CKL to make the transactions in her account. This is a standard restricted authorization.

CKL fees are 0.90% of assets per year (plus taxes) from the beginning of the CKL management, paid quarterly at prorata. The fees are adjusted every three months, depending on the evolution of assets.

How to pay the management fees of CKL

  2. By debiting your account (only if you authorize your brokerage house)
